FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A: All three of these are required to create your online profile—though do not nessessarily have to be professional. If you do not have a headshot, please take an HD photo with a smart phone in good lighting—no filters please. If you do not have a resume, please google “performer resume” and create one which highlights your performance experience. Please do not include any work history that is not entertainment related. If you do not have a performance reel, please take a clear video with your smart phone of you doing what you do best.


A: Performers must be a minimum of 18 years old.


A: The first step is to create or log into your online profile. From there, select the appropriate audition and follow instructions. If there are no live auditions currently scheduled, please know that your materials are still in our database for our consideration.


A: Audition for the category you feel you are strongest in. Our team will consider you for any additional roles if they think you might be a good fit.


A: Audition registration closes the night before the audition.


A: Live auditions take place throughout the year. If selected to attend, we ask that you keep your entire day free. Our audition days start early and end late, and if you miss your window, we may not be able to see you.


A: Callbacks will be either on the day of the first audition or possibly on the second day. We do suggest you keep both days free to ensure you are available if called back.


A: Yes! We always look forward to seeing your growth as a performer.


A: Please wear form fitting dance attire. While we do want to able to see your body type, make sure to wear something that flatters you, and most importantly, that you feel confident in. As each of our roles have different requirements, please bring different styles of dance shoes (clean street shoes, jazz shoes, character shoes, heels, etc). It would be a good idea to bring kneepads if you have them.


A: You will need to bring an A4 a copy of your up-to-date headshot and resume. Please note, a performance resume should fit on one page. Bring water and a snack to keep your energy up, and remember, a good attitude and a smile go a long way!


A: The first step is to create an online profile for each of your clients (one per client).


A: We ask that you sing a 16-bar cut of a pop/rock song in your key (please nothing longer). Please bring your book of music if you have one.


A: A pianist will be provided. Please prepare a 16-bar cut only. No backing tracks or a capella will be permitted.


A: For singers, the movement call is more about personality and following direction. We understand that sometimes it takes a little time to get it perfect, but we are looking for potential.


A: Our creative team will teach you all the combinations you need to know on that day. We may ask you to freestyle, which is your chance to show us what you are best at.


A: Specialty acts will be invited to showcase a 5-minute portion of their stage ready act at private live auditions only. Please register and submit your materials to us.


A: Contracts begin at various times throughout the year and are a maximum of 12 months in length.
